Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. We will accept any non-damaged, not significantly used perfume bottle with the original box within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or not significantly used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If a refund is requested due to a mind change or wrong selection, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products and approval.
If your return is accepted, we’ll inform you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues/ Refunds/Exchange
Please inspect your order after receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..
Photographic evidence to support claims for damages at their discretion will be required. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in such cases, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sample Set is non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
